Return and Refund Policy

Because we try to offer the best product, we can replace your product if it is defective. Please refer to exchange policy for details. However, we donot offer refunds.

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The returned items must be received in new and unused condition.

We offer exchange only if the product is damaged or not working properly, and not in any other condition.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We offer easy exchanges on all orders. To exchange an item, please contact us and send us a video of the defective/damaged product and we will generate a replacement authorization for you after verifying it. Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item. 

 INVALID REASONS

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Yuvia. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
